The Salvation Army

The Salvation Army is first and foremost a Christian Church, one that is commited to putting Belief in Action. In Bristol it has been doing that for over 129 years. Our Community based Charity Shops support that mission and each one of our five shops in Bristol is operated by a local Corps (Church & Community Centre).

We beleive that we are all stewards of God's creation, and recycling is an integral part of our mission. We aim to get best value out of all donations given to us whether that is through selling them to raise funds to operate our centres in Bristol, passing them on locally to the homeless or those in poverty, or through recycling.
